This complete set contains 2 x Spiky Massage Balls and 1 x Lacrosse Ball. They are perfect for an all over body massage. Use the balls to apply pressure to the body to relieve muscle tightness, increase blood circulation, warm the muscles and release toxins. They can be used before or after exercise.
The Spiky Balls are of a Medium Density and are perfect for the back, arms, legs, feet and hands. The Lacrosse Ball is made of solid rubber and is great for reaching deep down to sore and tight muscles. When using the 6.5cm Lacrosse Ball and the 8cm Spiky Ball we recommend you press them against the wall using your back and move from side to side, up and down to massage. You can also use your hands to roll the balls in a circular motion on your body, or roll the balls under the feet whilst sat down. The 6cm Spiky Ball can be used for the entire body but we do not recommend standing or laying on it. It is best for hands and feet.
